Bhav Patel Evolution Financial Services
Bhav Patel | BSc Hons, CeMAP
Co-founder and Director, Mergers and Acquisitions

After graduating with a First Class Honours in Business Information Technology, Bhav’s first role was as a Management Consultant during the dot.com boom of the early Noughties. During this time he set up a successful property investment and development business, which he is still running to this day.

Not impressed by the financial professionals he met during this time, he qualified and set up Evolution Financial Services as a Mortgage Practice in July 2007. Bhav has extensive experience around the mortgage and protection industry, development finance, commercial finance and buy-to-let mortgages.

Bhav no longer advises – instead he focuses on running the business with Andy, with a particular focus on strategic initiatives, affiliates, and mergers and acquisitions. With a number of businesses bought and successfully integrated into the Evolution family, he is keen to hear from anyone who is interested in selling their business or is looking for strategic partnerships with international expansion of particular interest.

Bhav’s wife Tina also works for the Evolution and the couple spend most of their time raising their two boys. When there is free time, it’s spent at the gym, cycling, exploring new destinations, or helping out with a charity that he’s trustee of.
